ACCOMMODATION TERMS & CONDITIONS
Below is the cottages terms and conditions, Please read them carefully and acknowledge your acceptance.
Bookings
The direction of Angelnidoresort warns that at the time of hotel reservation is required as confirmation of payment of the 50% of the total via pay pal on our booking on line. For any questions about it please contact us.
Check In and Check Out Times
Check In from 1.00pm
Check Out prior to 11.00am
Early arrivals may be requested however are not guaranteed. Should you require an early Check In please contact the hotel directly (a fee may apply). For a late Check Out, please contact reception one day before the departure (fees may apply)
The reservation will be accepted only after we have received the payment of 50% of the total due (not refundable).
A week before your arrival you will be required to pay 50% remaining of the room accomodation.
Cancellations and/or Non Arrival:
If cancelled or modified before date of arrival or in case of no show , no refund on the amount paid will be issued.
If cancelled or modified after the date of arrival, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Additional bed – 900/1000 php (Extra bed availability depends on the room you choose)
Rules
1) smoking inside the cottage is prohibited.
2) room key should be left at the reception when leaving our premises.
3) no littering!
4) 1 day prior notice must be given for accommodation extension.
5) please breakfast must be reserved a evening before at the reception. (breakfast time from 7:00am to 10:00am)
6) when you leave the cottage please switch off all the lights (fan/aircon) to save energy.
7) please do not wash your clothes inside the cottage.
8) do not leave foods on the floor or exposed without plastic bags or containers (ants and bugs are waiting for this).
9) no drinks and food from outside
10) If you break or damage any object inside or outside your room here at Angel Nido Resort you will be charged the cost of this (the price will be that indicated by the management)
Non-observance of these policies may incur fine of P1000.00/10000.00 and/or expulsion without prior notice!!!!!!!!!
